I have had issue since July and to date no resolution
I bought a king mattress by "Serta" (I-series)It is the Corrado Super Pillow top setI paid it with my American Express on May 29, (with reference#XXXXXXXX Code#XXXXXX)
My sale rep is Gary; though he's shown willingness to help, but to date I am still sleeping on a "sagging" very expensive bed
I have initiated the issue with the retailer and Serta company in July Unfortunately to date NO RESOLUTION! All I got was "Sleep set inspection kit" from Serta company Since, they do not have "Inspection Marshall" in our area - I am to inspect and take pictures and send it to them so they may review the pictures and decide then if they either authorize a replacement or deny my claimAn extremely expensive bed shouldn't sag after years with a single woman that weigh lbs even with Papillions sleeping on it! They state they have a+ accreditation on their websiteBut I cannot find them on your site
They also said they would give a refund on my purchase if I didnt like it but they said store credit onlyYou can read my complain on the *** reviews of this company

They guarantee to swap mattress if not satisfied I asked they swap for a firmThey delivered the wrong mattress, & have still not sent correct
Apr28, - bought *** *** Plush mattress at Pace Mattress Center in Pace FL, for $1596.43, charged to my *** *** *** Union Visa They advertise a policy that they will swap it if you're not comfortable on it They delivered it on Apr I immediately knew it was too soft They said to rotate it & try it for a few more nights I did considerable research at the *** web site of what layers are in each of their mattresses Then I told Pace Mattress the one I bought was still too soft & I wanted to swap it for a *** *** Firm The salesman said he would check & see when they could get it Every time I checked w/ him, he said he was still waiting for an answer from Navarre That went on for weeks Finally, he said it was on order, but he didn't know when it would be delivered More w
Misrepresentation....advertising 'Seally? mattress on sale but when you go to the store they tell you they don't have any Seally mattress on sale although advertising in several publications that they have a door buster special condo special Seally queen set for Add also includes a Revdex.com accredited business seal This felt like the ole bait and switch routineThank you for your time in this matter
