I placed an order for an item and was not aware that the item would really take 10-daysI then reached out to see how I can go about expediting my shipping and the rep that emailed me back stated I would need to pay an additional $I paid the $and there was no follow up about my item being shippedI then sent an email on 1/ [redacted] asking for the owner to return my call but no return call just an email saying my item has shippedToday is now 1/**(The day I needed the item) and still no itemI have sent them an email but honestly I would not be surprised if I don’t receive a reply
My order haven't came yetI ordered it on March 21st and it is now April 19th and I got paid $for 5-business day shippingIt has been business daysMy order total $for one item that I never receivedI've been emailing them and I haven't received any response about where my order isI had to dispute this transaction with my bank
