Hi I just filed a complaint this morning for neonnancyThey have finally contacted me and are sending me my returnSo I no longer need your assistance but thank you so much for getting back to me so quicklyYou may disregard my original complaint
I have emailed the address that the business has told me to email, before I had put in my complaint with the BBB with no response. I did however get a response on Etsy saying the shoes are... discontinued and that I could get a different pair or a refund. I want the different pair but my size is out of stock and I was told to message [email protected] to figure out inventory information. I have not gotten any response from either email address. I NEED A REAL LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO BUT YOU CANT EVEN GET A HOLD OF ANYONE ON THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GIVE. Even just a simple "they are on backorder but I can process a new pair and the order go through now but here is a rough estimate of time" NeonNancy already has my money, so I dont see the problem with that. Please also fix your answering machine so people can talk to people and not a machine.

was told on Dec14, that my refund was sent in to the "refund department" after waiting the 3-day wait period I still had not received the refundSo I tried to contact them on dec21, and didn't get a response until Dec23, The response to why I hadn't received my money yet was unclear and basically just said they didn't know why I wasn't refundedWell then I waited another week through the holidays to give them a bit more time for the refund to go throughIt still never didSo when I tried to contact them on Dec28, they issued the refund in no time after I expressed my immense frustrationOnly then did I get any notification for the third party (etsy) that I had been issued a refund
Customer was provided both a confirmation email
and a shipping confirmation email, we have copies of both that can be provided.Our return policy is clearly posted and all items do come with a day warranty, along with proper care instructionsWe have no record of a return from this customerCustomer can't provide any information about her return
Customer placed order through third party etsy.com Customer was refunded 100% quite awhile agoHe received email confirmation from etsyHis order was placed via etsy, we informed him to contact them or his bank , as we have nothing to do with it, he didn't place order with us directly
