I received an email yesterday regarding my orderThe original tracking number was *** with the UPSPYesterday's email contained a new tracking number, *** but is now through China postNeither tracking numbers are valid as of 3:pm EST
I tried calling
the company given the number through my Revdex.com complaint, and was told to communicate through email through a voice message
I would like an update on my order in terms of shipping status, and a reason for the switch in carriers, otherwise I will be calling my bank for fradulant activity
