Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ill accept this IF the replacement tubes arrive undamaged,and if this 10% credit is displayed to order [redacted] ,and is it a credit to my C.c or what.Isnt it sad,that for this company to acknowledge customer concerns or complaints,and to answer a 5/27/till whatever date this month,it took the need to contact the B.B.Bto finally get some response,and the customer service department needs a TOTAL revamp,and new ,trained personnel,the current ones leave much to be desired Regards, [redacted]

The customer ordered the signs as glass only as you can see on the order confirmation Additionally we have attached both of the quotes that were provided to the customer showing they clearly had the option of a backing or no backing We also emailed the customer after their inquired about their issue and offered to mount the signs on a background for the customer at no charge We never received a response from the customer there after We are happy to ship the of the signs that was sent back to us to the customer again Or secondly mount them on a backing for the customer at no charge even though the cost is higher and we are incurring the return shipping fee for the refused shipment as well as the shipping back out to the customer

Unfortunately the customers sign arrived completely destroyed Unfortunately [redacted] will always say neon signs are packaged incorrectly because they have no guideline for the package of the signs as they are excluded from damage coverage The sign was completely remade for the customer and shipped via [redacted] Tracking number [redacted] the customer was also issued a 15% credit due to the inconvenience that they experienced

This company is a JOKE and product is complete JUNK for the money they charge. Hope people read this before throwing money away. What a SCAM. They are in China, not California. No way to contact or return. Stay away from this place and save your money!

THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I ordered a sign on November 20, 2018 for $767.49 and still have received NOTHING. I have called and gotten no answer multiple times, when I did speak with someone I got the run around about a problem with manufacturing. Sent first email and got no response at all. A second email threatening legal action unless I was given a full refund was replied to with a "we appreciate your patience, we'll give you a tracking number after assembly" bs email. I AM FED UP. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SORRY "BUSINESS"!

I ordered a sign on NOVEMBER 11, 2018 with a 7-8 week leadtime. Still dont have it! After many calls and emails, supposedly some high-up person emailed me saying they let all the higher ups go and that my order was one the last ones to get fullfilled, and that it should ship on or before March 29. I've tried calling, and no answer, I've tried instant messaging them, no answer. I dont know what else to do. Maybe getting an attorney involved is my next step. I spent over $700.00 for this sign I've yet to get.

ordered a sign early in Oct. 2018 was promised delivery in 4 to 6 weeks … after 6 weeks I called and e-mailed weekly for approx. 8 more weeks and was told many excuses … finally it arrived late Dec it worked for one month and broke (does not light up) after a few emails and calls of describing what happened along with sending pictures... I was told they would send me a part but I have to repair it myself... this company is very frustrating to work with and its best to stay away from them

I am rejecting this response because: *** did ship this out, Even though I had asked him prior to sending that he send a photograph of it fully illuminated Imagine the surprise that the day I sent it he actually sent, although did not comply with the request that he send a photo of it in full operating order
Regards, As for the credit for the inconvenience it has never offered that on 9/and as of today it has never posted to our account I have attached pictures of what we received today A product that is completely broken.Whatever assistance you can provide is appreciated just want our money back They can call *** and have it picked up.

I am rejecting this response because: The business has told me, on both occasions that I was able to talk to someone, last week that the replacement lettering was complete, but never called back or sent me an emails with a tracking number. I was never told by anyone at the business that it would take 2-weeks to get the replacement letters to meThe 10% refund invoice, which was an attachment to the original complaint, was emailed to me on August 2nd, but has yet to appear in my account. They tried telling me that it would take up to four weeks. The reason for the out of square frame, as I was told, was due to a new material they are using and they were not familiar with it. They never offered to take the sign back and replace it. They have only offered to replace the defective parts, which I have no problem with, as long as the replacement parts are made correctly. Again, I want the 10% refund posted to my account and I want the replacement lettering done correctly and sent to me. This has been going on for too long.

Please don’t order from them! Took over 12 weeks to get the sign was told it would take 4-5 weeks and when it came in, it was absolute junk. I ordered the sign the 1st week in September and the sign didn’t arrive till 2nd week In December. No hanging hardware was included either. None of the edges matched up or even came close to being alingned. The outer casing was junk, looked liked scrap plexi taken from someone’s trash can. All the wiring was ran poorly and takes away from the actual logo. The glass neon is dirty with many flaws. They didn’t even have the courtesy to clean the sign before shipping it. Constant calls without any resolve or call backs. This company obviously doesn’t care about quality of its product or quality of its customer service. I paid for this sign on day of order and it currently sits in the box still in my back room of my store. Please don’t order from NeonSigns USA. They have made absolutely 0 attempts to resolve.

I ordered a neon sign on December 1, 2018. Their website said Order Today to get by Christmas. December 16, and I still have nothing. They will not answer my emails, I do not have a phine number which I have asked for repeatedly. I even told them just to be honest. They have several website with slightly different names but all the same address. I paid for express shipping. If I do not get my product or it is damaged, I will have no other choice but to take the legal route. I am to date out of 389.00. Any help is appreciated

We have spoken to the customer and have made a one time exception to our policy to allow the unit to be returned.  Once the item is received we will process a refund for the customer.

We have worked with this customer through all the issues.  The face of the sign was slightly out of square.  This is a custom product and this is part of it being custom but we graciously replaced that at no charge to the customer.  The Customer also had a part damaged by [redacted] in the...

delivery which we also replaced.  The Letters that were replaced were from a different lot of color that the previous causing it to be a shade different.  The normal course of action would be to replace that unit with the old lot but the customer requested that the unit that was sent be kept and we were to replace the remainder of the sign for him.  We also did this at no charge but the customers was also unhappy with that as well.  We once again agreed to remake it.  Unfortunately it takes time to make this product and can take as much as 2-3 weeks to have a unit made and shipped.  The 10% credit was processed for the customer when the replacement order closed as promised but it was refunded to a credit card and can take 7-10 Business days for them to see it on their statement.  We spoke with the customer last week and explained the final replacement unit would be made as soon as possible. Note to Revdex.com Directly:A Revdex.com complaint is required to have a desired resolution.  There is no desired resolution in this complaint.  We will continue to work with this customer per our posted policies and procedures.
