Do NOT use this company It took weeks of emails, phone calls a a dispute with my credit card company to get them to ship my sign It arrived broken and has not been repaired or replaced since My credit card company has removed payment from them three different times and each time Neon & More rebills my credit card Now the credit card company says there is nothing else they can do about it despite the fact that it has been months and I still do not have a working sign STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a sign over a year ago from sales person Jeff M*** Sign came three months late broken and in pieces I was promised a refund which never came....then I was promised a fixed sign It has been over a year now and no refund or sign I want to warn others about this company They are not honest Please do not make the same mistake I made

Dear Sirs, I received a replacement flashing unit from Neon & More days ago, but it is not the correct partI am attaching a photo of both partsThe original flash unit is on your right (still attached to the sign) in the photo and the replacement they sent
is on the leftAs you can see, it is nowhere near a correct replacement. The two components are not rated the same electrically, the replacement they sent is 9KV and the original is only kVAlso, the replacement does not have a dial to adjust the speed of the flash and it is much wider than the original & will not fit on the sign Therefore, I am asking you what I should do now Regards, *** ** *** CoOwner/Manager *** ***

The customers refund was issued via check and included in the packing list with the box with the paint in itWe are happy to reissue if necessary

It can take up to business days for refunds to hit a card once they are sent to merchant services If the customer has not received the refund which we processed on 09/we will research and send the refund via check

Customer should have been refunded.  If they have not received the refund we will be happy to reissue the check.

Promised delivery but now 6 weeks late. When finally arrived, came broken, promised to rectify problem on no less than 5 times, did not and has not answered calls, voicemail and emails. The most unethical company who makes promises like you would hope then never delivers.

The customer should have received a credit from their credit card company for the order.  If there is any issue with that we will correct immediately.

Ordered a custom sign from them and was incredibly happy with the service. The sign was for my brother's birthday and I waited a while to decide what to get. I ordered at the last minute and Neon and More was able to make the light much faster than the original lead time they quoted (quoted 4 weeks and the light was delivered in 10 days!!). There was a small issue that happened during shipping where one piece broke even though the light was packaged well. They replaced the part within another week and I was able to fix the light easily as a customer service rep walked me through the process step by step, took about 10 minutes total! I highly recommend this company!

was sent a replacement transformer via tracking number [redacted] (Fedex) and the issue has been resolved.
