No Time restraint was conveyed to our company.Deposit was for parts not labor as stated in the complaint, which is standard practice and company policy where parts are required (50%).Per our agreement on the Work Order signed by the customer, deposits are "non-refundable"

am rejecting this response because: I have purchased the heater and all the installation components and have receipts and invoices from the vendors and I have an invoice from Neotech and it states he will supply 2 technicians to make the gas connection and install the units. He requested that I pay the labor charge so I could get three day service and be on his work order. I have invoices and documents to support the facts.
