Review: Neova's website advertised that with a $100 (online purchase only)you get a $50 Neova gift card. I made a purchase or $153.16 and printed out the confirmation of my order and it listed the Neova.com free $50 gift card. I called to check on my order and was told that I will not be getting the gift card because there is a limit of one per customer and you can only get one gift card from them in your entire lifetime. I earned one over 6 months ago on a previous order. No where on the website does it state that a customer can only get one gift card in a lifetime. It states "Spend $100 GET A FREE $50 GIFT CARD only available online"Desired Settlement: I would like the $50 gift card that was advertised and that I earned with my purchase. I would also like them to specify in their ad that you can only participate in this offer once in your lifetime.
