Neovision Eye Care

This clinic is an absolute ripoff. Was told when booking a yearly eye exam that we would get a call if our insurance was not going to cover this appointment in full. When we went to check out after appointment was notified that we would have to pay $95. We have eye insurance which should cover a yearly exam in full. Receptionist states that contact lens fitting exam is $98 dollars - which is so much more than any other eye doctor office I have ever been to. The most I have ever paid with insurance is $20. The receptionist was completely rude and condescending the entire time. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and completely unprofessional. They not inform us before the appointment like I was guaranteed they would but never mentioned anything before the appointment - so here we are after the visit with them demanding $95 which is so much more than I have ever paid for an eye exam including when I paid for the visit completely out of pocket with no eye insurance. Stay away from this place at all costs!!!
