Let me say first that I have no problems with Dr, [redacted] or the 2 eye exams I had within two weeks of each other. The first was for a diabetic retinopathy, the second for new lenses and frames. My basic eye exam for lenses was March 27, 2015. It is now June 1, and I still do not have the frames I ordered and paid for. That would be grey Guess frames, with poly lenses, safety coating, and transition gradient lenses. While they got the lenses right, I am instead wearing brown frames in a shape I hate. I have made 3 trips to this place to find out where my order is, the last being four days ago, Friday, May 29. My order was laying on the reception desk, still waiting to be shipped out after my last trip there four weeks prior, when I was told they'd be shipped out to have the lenses ground. Right now, I don't care that their optometrist quit on them six weeks ago. I don't care that I've gotten a free pair of glasses that I hate. I want what I ordered. Instead, I've been repeatedly put off and lied to. At this point, I'm ready to call my insurance, let them know what's been NOT happening, and see what they can do about it. I am NOT happy with the service here, once the exam has been done. I'm sorry, but twelve weeks to have glasses ready is out of line, and completely irresponsible.

Review: I purchased glasses from Dr. [redacted] that I can not wear. First I could not see to read road signs when I drove and I could not see the computer. After at least three visits and a prescription change, I still have over $500. invested in glasses that I can not use. Dr. [redacted] claims my glasses can either correct the distance or the reading, but not both. I should have either my money back or a pair of glasses that correct my vision.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should get either a pair of glasses that corrects my vision or a full refund.
