Review: I purchased a mattress set from this company. When they came to deliver the box spring would not fit in our stairway. They took the box spring back and said that they would order a split queen size box spring that would fit easily up our stairs. It has now been six weeks and I still do not have my merchandise. At first when I started to call I would get excuses as to why they couldn't deliver my box spring now I cannot reach them by phone or my email. They will not respond to me. I have paid in full for this mattress set and all I have is the mattress laying on the floor of my bedroom. I am a 62 year old woman who is still recovering from hip replacement surgery and I cannot be sleeping on the floor it is really hurting my recovery. Please advise me as that I should do.Thank youDesired Settlement: I want my box spring or I want them to come and take the mattress and give me a full refund.
