Hi, 4/21/17Not sure why just got an email regarding this. I think the follow up letter from Ron was incriminating. As my heating and electrical issues were not addressed in his report as I was home during inspection. verbalized and wrote my concerns on these issues prior to the inspection. He did not inspect both. Also the fact that I told him my laundry room almost caught fire, his reply saying "yikes is there anything can do" was comical. If I did an inspection I would have felt a potential fire was my fault and I would have rectified it. Ron, although changed name of business still owns it. pass his home with car with new business name on it on my way to church.do not wish claim closed.Thank you[redacted],You probably get hundreds of this a week.  I wish to pursue this.  Moved from DC to be near my 89 yr old mother in PA.  Live in unhealthy home.  Trusted this inspector. Thanks,
