[redacted] came into Neptune Auto Enterprises to purchase a 2008 Lexus on 1/*/2015. He asked for us to take the car off of the market, and to save it for him. We explained to him that the...

only way we can save the car is if he pays a non-refundable deposit. He agreed to the deposit, paid and received a receipt of payment, and signed a contract to recorded the non-refundable deposit exchange. To carry through the agreement, Neptune took the care off of the market for several weeks, during which we had to turn down 3 offers from interested buyers.In addition ,as per the Costumer's request, Neptune Auto Enterprises.inc made some cosmetic repairs . He later came back and said that he had changed his mind about the car, and demanded that we return his non-refundable deposit. We explained to him that the contract he signed does not allow for a refund of the deposit. There was no verbal agreement made to return the deposit. Neptune followed all proper business practice to secure the 2008 Lexus for Linton. To date, Linton has made a complaint to Revdex.com and Neptune still has the 2008 Lexus on the lot. They held the car for 5 days for me, assured me that I wouldn't receive an apr interest rate of over 10 percent and if I did, then we wouldn't go through with the deal and I would receive my deposit back  , and when they couldn't fulfill on getting a lower interest rate, one of the owners that I made the deal with(Alex) decided he didn't want to give the deposit back.
