missing implants/remains same day as cremation
My father's implants were never returned even after requesting them same day within hrs of his cremation. Palm harbor Florida location Kathy was rude when asking. She replied they were unavailable.?!
Very bad experience overall, to add to the grief of losing my father.

On 9-18-I purchased from the Neptune Society their cremation planAnd on 9-21-I called their office in Brentwood TN, and told the office mgr, Lisa that I wanted to cancel it, she said that she would have the sales mgr call me and inquire as to why I wanted to cancelMr, Nat C [redacted] the sales mgr/ salesman called and asked why, I told him my children and I had discussed their plan and they were not comfortable with it at all, so I wanted to cancel itAlso on 9-21-I faxed a letter to their Brentwood office signed by me to cancel their planEven after I was told that it had been cancelled they continued to draft money from my checking account, after several more calls to the office mgr Lisa and to Mr, Nat C [redacted] , sales mgr/salesman said that that should not of happened, threw many conversations with Mr, C [redacted] I determined that he was upset that he could not save this sale, and that he had "purposely" held back the paper work to keep the cancellation from taking placeAfter my (9th) call to their office, the office mgr told me that Mr, C [redacted] had not given to her the paper work to follow up on the cancellation process even after being asked repeatedly by her for itOn 9-18-I payed to Mr, C [redacted] $dollars to start the purchase, and even after cancelling it on 9-21-2015, they continued to draft from my checking account on 10-20-they drafted $ dollars, and again on 11-20-another $dollars I called the office mgr back again and she said that should not of happenedI had to call my bank and request that my account be closed and reopen a new one, to keep them from drafting anymore money from my account Now they had $dollars of my moneyThe office mgr Lisa seemed to be doing everything in her power to resolve this, to even calling the Florida regional sales mgr trying to get my money returned to me, and on 01-the money was returned to my accountMy advice to anyone wishing to do business with this company be "very wary" of Mr, Nat C [redacted] as his word about customer satisfaction is just another LIEAs I have stated it took from 9-21-until 01-05-to receive my refund

on 10-20-2015 they drafted $ 50.00 dollars, and again on 11-20-1015 another
$50.00 dollars. I called the office mgr back again and she said that should not of happened. I had to call my bank and request that my account be closed and reopen a new one, to keep them from drafting anymore money from my account..
Now they had $599.00 dollars of my money. The office mgr Lisa seemed to be doing everything in her power to resolve this, to even calling the Florida regional sales mgr trying to get my money returned to me, and on 01-052016 the money was returned to my account. My advice to anyone wishing to do business with this company be "very wary" of Mr, Nat C[redacted] as his word about customer satisfaction is just another LIE. As I have stated it took from 9-21-2015 until 01-05-2016 to receive my refund.

I was looking into the Neptune Society as I was researching possible options for my personal final arrangements. I now regret I even contacted these people they are extremely high pressure and pushy. They will not listen to you or take no for an answer. Since I contact them at least 3 months ago they continue to call. I have told them repeatedly to leave me alone and they still continue to call. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office that did no good.
