Neptune's Realm Scuba Center

Review: I ordered a scuba class from Neptune Scuba over a year ago. They were extremely busy and gave me an extension on using the scuba class that I purchased. However, when I went to schedule the class, no one ever got back to me or they were unable to give me dates that would work. I asked for the money back for the class when I realized that the scuba center would not be able to fulfill their end of the purchase, but they have not given me the money back despite repeated emails and calls.Desired Settlement: I want the $50 back that I paid over a year ago...
