NER Services

We were contacted by a Sales Rep (***) in April 2019 in our restaurant, to purchases pint glasses with our logo as well as other businesses. We we asked to provide leads or suggestions for business to contact based on our current customers or other business we would on our glasses. we provided contacts and the process continued. We bought an ad space for $495 as well to promote a new venture we were opening. We were given a proof and approved it. We never got the glassware. Other businesses which also paid for ad space started contacting me in December inquiring about the glassware. we contacted the sales person who no longer works for NER. After numerous calls he provided us with the contact info for the owner of NER, ***. We called him numerous times, But still no glassware.

I contracted with a salesman for NER name *** for a 4.125 “ x 1.5” ad on the side of a beer bug for the *** .They were to supply 33 mugs . It normally takes a few months for these projects to get completed as they need to round up a few advertisers and then order the custom printed mugs. I did not follow up until September and I was told by *** that there was a problem with the order and it would be another month or two. I followed up later in early January after confirming that nothing had been delivered and *** told me he no longer worked for NER and that I need to contact his boss ***. I contacted *** and he told me that they would be there by the end of the following week which I believe was 1/17/20. Since that day I have called *** at least 4 times and left messages and he has not replied. Yesterday I told him in my message that I planned to contact *** and the Revdex.com if he did not call me back and he never called.

I have spoken with two other companies that had paid money to be on those mugs and they are unable to contact anyone either. WE paid $950 in April of 2019
