I purchased a framed poster for $and kept it in the original bubble wrap until ChristmasThe item was extremely damaged and had scuffs all over it I immediately wrote the company They asked for pictures and I obliged I got no response and wrote them again a few weeks later They said they were looking into the matter with their manufacturer I sent a follow up email a couple weeks later with no response They have not contacted me about refunding or exchanging the item They have essentially stolen $from us Do not purchase from this company
