I do not feel that Nerium should be asked, recommended, or required to change their product for those consumers that had a reactionI use and sell Nerium and am extremely pleased and can honestly say they have a product that truly worksI have used (and still use) and sold Mary Kay skin care for many years and there is no comparison in the results I have gotten with the age~defying productsI have had customers who had reactions to both Mary Kay products and Nerium, but they wouldn't expect these companies to revise their productsthat is nonsense!

The company cares about you, as a partner, than about making big money It is growing fast so there are always some areas that need fixing, but Corporate lets you know right away the problem and how they are going to fix it The products really work and are backed by research You can't get any of these products at the store, so as a partner your business is secure Great company to work with

I bought the day and night cream at a home presentation from a Nerium repI had a reaction to the day cream and decided to return both productsI followed their return directions exactly as they said, and I have yet to receive a refundThere is a reason that "only 1% of people return the product," and it's because they make it impossible to do soI hate this companySave your money- do not buy- and do not expect to get a refund if you don't like itIt's disappointing to be lied to

Nerium International has horrid customer service and has yet to give me my money back A friend asked me to buy a bottle off of her so I said I would and she ended up putting me onto some preferred customer monthly bull ***I IMMEDIATELY called Nerium International to cancel and get my money backI was told to expect a refund within business days I called back after business days since I had received no refundAgain, I was promised I would get refund in business daysI called back after business days and STILL no refundI called and again was promised business days for a refundAnother business days goes by and I just called todayAgain, the lady on the phone promised business days for my returnHow long is this going to continue?! Just give me my money backI never received any product so they are not waiting for return processing!! I called the day it happened!! It has been over a month!! This is beyond ridiculous

I love Nerium There products are top of the line and give amazing results The people that work there are very positive people What's most amazing to me is that an MLM company could be so generous and have such integrity I'm very impressed

I love Nerium products! From the night cream to EHT, I am in love with all of them! I have found the company very pleasant and easy to navigate as well. I am so pleased that a friend exposed me to Nerium!
