Neroli Aveda Salon and Spa

Review: My husband and I had scheduled a massage at this establishment like normal. Appointments are usually scheduled weeks sometimes months in advance due to availability and peak seasons. We show up for our appointments that was two- 1 hour massages for the both of us at the scheduled time. We were greeted and show to the locker rooms, again like normal and changed into the provided robes. They then alert me that my massage therapist has called in for the day and they could honor my appointment. I am very upset at this point when my husband walks out and waited on his therapists. I told my husband to go ahead, we were there already, and I would do some work while waiting for his services to be completed. Later, my husband informs me that his massage therapists told him while on the table that was some scheduling conflicts and could only do a 30 minute massage rather than the hour that was booked.

He felt obligated to pay for the 30 minute session even though he was not told ahead of time that there was conflict. Not to mention, I was outside waiting on him and the day of relaxation did not go as planned . When I left the establishment, I was really disappointed because this was the first BAD experience for us. I had never encountered any problems with them and have recommended many customer to patronize Neroli.

I contacted Neroli on several occasions and never heard anything from them. I have talked to the Marketing/Sales Coordinator Richard who gave me the owners voicemail. The owner/manager I believe is Sue and I have contacted her on numerous occasions and she has yet to return my call or respond to my Customer Service Complaint.

My resolution would have been very simply in my opinion:

-an apology for the POOR Customer Service rendered

-reimbursement for the 1/2 hour massage (couldn't get off the table)

- two complimentary 1 hour massages to make up for the HORRIBLE appointment that went wrong (as a
