In response, Young woman came in to our store and shopped for several items of a brand we sell, [redacted].  She asked if she could use a coupon that she had from [redacted] for $20 off a SINGLE $65 purchase.  She did not have the coupon in her possession.  Neroli is not owned...

by [redacted] and did not send this coupon to her.  She was told this by myself and  that I would allow her to use the coupon in my store as a special exception. She went to pay for the product and she did not have the coupon or her wallet.  She asked if she could ‘take the product with her and pay for it on line later’ and was told ‘No’. She came back the next day and bullied a new employee in to letting her use the coupon that she did not even have with her for every $65 she spent.  She screamed at the employee, called her names, threatened to report her to [redacted] and insisted that she had been told by someone else that she could use the coupon.  I have this on video tape from our surveillance camera. I called her to ask her to please return the merchandise.  She brought most of it back in and there was an item that was not in her bag.  She said that it was on her desk.  She said that she would keep it.  She began to yell at me and made a scene in the store.  She threatened to put me out of business and called me names.  I asked her to leave. This phony complaint is obviously an attempt to do so.  She never even presented the coupon. Again, this was not a Neroli issued coupon.  The coupon that she was talking about was for $20 off a SINGLE purchase.  It stated that it was ONE PER CUSOMER.  She did not even possess this ‘coupon’. [redacted]Neroli Spa & Apothecary[redacted]  [redacted]

Review: I went to Neroli Spa for several times to confirm whether I could pay the things I wanted separately using a coupon in each order, and the staff told me it was OK. So I went there to purchase the things today, and told the staff who I did not meet before that other staff told me it was OK, and the staff made it for me. After some minutes I finished the purchase, the manager of this store called me to return the things back or she would charge my credit card the difference because I could not use the coupon. I said I would return the things back and I did as what I said. Unfortunately, I forgot some things on my desk. However, the female manager had charged the difference before I arrived and did not show me the number she charged. She also accused me fiercely that I lied to the staff. I apologised that I might misunderstand the explanation about the coupon, and I wanted to go home to bring the forgotten things back to return them together. But the manager said I can only return the things which I have returned , let me get out and never come back with bad manners. I feel terrible. And I signed the refund bill and leave there. But when I came home I found that I had return 4 "clearly corrective dark spot solution", however the bill only refund 3 of them to me. The manager threatened if I would not leave she would call the security. So I think Revdex.com is the only way that can make me get the money back which is $52.Desired Settlement: The apology and the refund $52.

Neroli spa did not honor the pricing/minutes of service they advertise on the Internet. The spa did not clarify the special needs of an elderly patient, ask for assistance from the caregiver on site or even tell the family about a possible injury to this client.I do not recommend this facility for a better business accreditation.
