Review: I paid $87.50 for a ticket to attend the For Lover's Only concert which included the fee to have a meet & greet with Ginuwine. On Sat, July **,2014 the concert occurred but there was no meet and greet with Ginuwine. Asked the staff about the meet and greet with the artist and the staff was not accomodating at all. After the artist, Ginuwine, performed it was brought to my attention that he had taken off and myself and at least 20 other people who paid for a ticket to meet & greet with the artist Ginuwine, did not have the opportunity to meet with the artist. I complained to the box office located in the [redacted] and I was told to put my name on a long list of other names and it would be forwarded to the appropriate person, the promoter, [redacted] and I was told I would receive a refund. In addition I was told that there was an after party and that the star was going to attend because so many people were upset and they were working on having him come back to the after event. I paid $20.00 to attend to still try and meet the artist along with the other artist, [redacted] and [redacted]. I went to the after party and it was confirmed all artists would be there. I stayed from 11:30 to 1:30 a.m. and still no artists appeared. I asked the staff again would the stars be attending and then I was told "I'm sorry, no". I asked to speak to the promoter [redacted] and expressed my concerns to him at the after party. As I spoke to him he had an attitude and was rolling his eyes, "he stated to me that if I were to contact the [redacted] on Monday and ask for his email address he would send me a check for a refund. I called the next day and spoke to [redacted] only after I advised I would contact the Revdex.com, she said there was nothing she could do because the promoter rented the space. She quoted, "when I see him again" I will forward him along with the other names of people who did not have the meet & greet to him. No one contacted me. Was told by [redacted] I would get refund 8/**Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the $87.50 I paid for ticket
