N.E.S. Contractors

Review: Contractor never finished work agreed upon in the sign contract. Contractor was to make repair to kitchen floor that they had damaged and has yet fulfilled his obligation. Contractor made a unathorized charged on complaintants credit card taking money before the job was never completed.Desired Settlement: Since contractor refuses to finish the job I expect to be compensated fully for the unfinished work.
