Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I look forward to the buy back / replacement appraisalIn the event the appraisal is lower than other local dealers, it would be ideal Henna Chevrolet matches the other dealers offer. Please be advised my car currently holds a 33K mile warranty from the current mileage reading which transfers with the car. Also, it would behoove to both parties to have the details replacing the vehicle worked out prior to returning the loner vehicle to Henna Chevrolet. I expect a smooth transaction / transition into a replacement vehicle at time I return the loner vehicleYour cooperation and assistance are deeply appreciated,

Dear Mr***,Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to look at the vehicle and address anything that needs attention. I can also confirm that the vehicle was sold at the advertised price. *** *** tells me he has attempted to reach you, but has since been asked by you not to be contacted. Would you still like to get together to review everything? The paperwork can be confusing and I would like to review it with you if that is agreeable.Sincerely,*** ***

Dear Mr***,I am sorry to hear that you have a bad seal on your Traverse. You will receive a call from Tim Hoffmeyer, our used vehicle reconditioning manager, to arrange for a convenient time to look at your vehicle and address the concern. We appreciate your business!*** ***

Dear Ms***,Thank you for your feedbackIt is never our intent to disappoint our guests and I appreciate you letting us know about your experience. I have reviewed the details with our service department personnel to address your concerns and to take appropriate action so this does not
happen in the future. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help restore your confidence in Henna Chevrolet.Sincerely,*** ***

Dear Mr***,Thank you for your follow-up. I certainly empathize with your frustration and can imagine that is difficult to get back to where you were financially prior to your back surgeries and disability. The truck you purchased showed a clean record when we brought it into inventory. Additionally, *** tells me that the mechanical issues you mentioned would not be connected to a collision repair. He was sincere when describing the truck to you and doing all he could to secure financing for you, given the hardships. The biggest obstacle to trading you out of the truck is the amount of use you have placed on it in a brief period of time along with the lack of timely payments. We would love to help you again, but lenders dictate terms based on past credit history and loan to value percentages. I wish you all the best and feel confident that the truck will perform well if the mechanical issues are repaired.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
It is not the amount of miles driven that is my concern, it’s the fact that the vehicle had been involved in a front end collision and I was not informed of thatI was not provided the complete Car Fax as when I signed all the paperwork I remember a single page and the Finance Manager Mr*** *** show it to me state that the vehicle had “no prior issues” and also the Sales Associate Mr*** *** inform me that the truck was a trade in from an Henna customer that lived in the Hill Country and that the truck checked outHow could the Sales Associate not know the truck had been involved in a collision? This is his job and I assume he knew and also knew my credit was not that great and knew he could sell me this truck and I was very misleadI have text and e-mails to confirm his story and I contacted them as soon as I had mechanical issues and found out through another dealership that the vehicle was in a front end collision and the air bag had been deployedOnce again how could Mr*** not have known? Once again I was misled, informed that because of my credit history I would not be financed anywhere else, this vehicle was a trade in and a good truck and I trusted himThis is a well-respected dealership in the Austin, Texas and has been in business for a very long time, it appalls me to even think of how many other customers they have done this too and it embarrasses me to have been another one of their deceptive victimsI was thinking that this was an opportunity to re-establish my credit and a fresh startHowever, after just getting back to work from two back surgeries and a ten month disability leave of absence I gave them a $down payment and owed another $deductible upon replacing the Osensors and the truck was not running right and I asked them to help me outMr*** wanted me to come up with another cash deposit and to use my extended warranty as a down payment and I explained to him that the truck had been wrecked and I was not spending anything else on itHe agreed to put me into another truck if my payments were up to date and I had not made the payment and he said my payments were late and that he could not help me and that was the last time I heard from themMr*** never returned my calls and Mr*** who I think was involved in the scam may have felt some sympathy for me because he attempted to call me and I missed the callWhat I am explaining to you is the truth, I cannot make this stuff up and as opposed to thinking this was the last vehicle I would have to purchase it has given me nothing but issues beginning with the Osensors, running erratically, misfiring, smelling of exhaust fumes in the cabin, high engine vibration at times, jerking from one gear to another at times and burning fuel excessively and not having a choice but to run it like that as this was my only means of transportation to and from workI do not have much sick or vacation time to miss work in order to deal with these folks and am trying to hang onto my job as it is and I had to purchase a used Camry to get to work as I cannot miss any daysThanks for your assistance.

Dear Mr***:Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that there is some confusion regarding the paperwork and that the vehicle is missing a lug nut. I have asked *** *** to contact you so that we can set up a time to review the documents and address any mechanical items that need
attention. He tells me he already left you a voice mail, but will continue to attempt to reach you.We appreciate your business. There is a lot of paperwork and we can definitely take some time to go over the details. It is my hope that you feel better about everything once we have the opportunity to visit.Sincerely,*** ***

Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for your message.  I am sorry it took a while to get your vehicle repaired and that there was follow up work needed.  I just spoke to [redacted], our collision manager.  While the water leak was not on the side of the car that we worked on, we had the glass...

company seal the leak.  The good news is that in spite of last Friday's rain, they were not able to find further evidence of leakage.  Hopefully this takes care of the issue for good!Kind regards,[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],Thank you for visiting with me on the phone today.  I am sorry that this process has taken longer than anticipated, but I am happy to let you know that Caliber Collision has completed the necessary repairs and our inspection confirms that the Impala has been repaired...

correctly.  We anticipate that the vehicle will be ready for pick up early next week.  I look forward to exploring options for you to consider should you decide to replace it with another vehicle.  I will be contacting you shortly with an appraisal.  We appreciate your business!Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response becauseNo the matter was never solved. They danced for yall to make themselves look like they where trying when they never would r could give me a straight answer to anything I asked them. Plus when I asked to meet with them they never would give me an answer. So no with me it isn't and I am going to do whatever I can to make sure people out there are a wear of how henna chevrolet does bussiness. They even inspected and passed the car I got with one lugnut missing that is just a small small part of how they do business. But yall aren't going to do r can do anything like I told everyone why do I want to contact Revdex.com they want really do anything. But thank you for whatever it was worth.

Dear Mr. [redacted],Thank you for your feedback.  I am sorry to hear that you have had mechanical issues with your truck.  It is never our intent to mislead or misrepresent anything to our guests.  In speaking with [redacted], he told me that you live a long way from Austin that that you...

had already driven an unusually high number of miles.  When you combine that amount of use with current payment delinquency, it makes trading anyone out of a vehicle very difficult.  This is especially true without a significant amount of down payment.  I would encourage you to have the mechanical issues diagnosed and repaired by a qualified facility and to explore trading once the loan balance has been paid down.  We appreciate your business.Sincerely,[redacted]
