We are really sorry *** *** *** has ill feelings towards NestModern; however, we do not feel we deserve any of her actions or comments Her account of all interactions with NestModern are a complete fabrication

NestModern is a local business that strives for the most professional customer service In over ten years of business, this is our first complaint to the Revdex.com and it has been filed by *** *** *** who is not even a customer of ours The purchase of bedroom furniture was made by
*** *** *** on 11/28/and he was quoted a week delivery for his special order items( see attached copy of order ) About two weeks later *** *** *** came into our store demanding to know where her bedroom furniture was We had no idea who she was as she had not made the purchase or been in our store before She became upset and rude when we did not know who she was We were able to decipher during this visit that she was a girlfriend of *** *** *** and even though she wanted information on his order she would not leave us any contact information He had also ordered a mattress which came in earlier than the bedroom furniture The mattress and the topper were not picked up from our store but delivered directly to the customer at no charge by us The bedroom furniture then came in to our warehouse on Jan 20th and *** *** was called several times to pay his balance and set up delivery *** *** was the only contact number we have as he is the customer who made the purchase Furthermore, *** *** told *** that *** *** was not a contact for his order with us and to talk to only him We called again on Feb 4th and finally connected with *** *** to finish the transaction and told him his delivery could be made the next day He said he was out town and could not accept delivery so *** asked if delivery could be coordinated with *** *** or apartment management He told *** that delivery would have to be later as *** did not have a key and he did not want apartment manager to let anyone in ** *** was aware that we only deliver to his area on Thursdays He then did not answer any of ***'s calls to his cell or his office reception the next week Finally on Feb 12th *** *** called and wanted to know when her delivery was that day *** tried to explain that *** *** had never returned calls and so the delivery was unable to be set upShe then became irate and began yelling and would not stop *** asked *** to stop yelling at her and stated she would hang up on her and call *** *** It certainly was not a dropped call *** was asked three times to stop yelling by *** before she actually tried to hang up and call the real customer *** then tried to call *** *** but received a two way call with *** *** and *** on the line at the same time *** then decided to pick up *** ***'s furniture and yelled at and was rude to warehouse staff as well She also forgot a nightstand and came into our store yelling a *** again a week later Her yelling fit was so extreme that *** asked her to leave Call the cops on me was her response *** *** *** and *** *** *** will not be allowed to shop at NestModern ever again This was a horrible ordeal for all of us
