Nestio signed with Azure Group NY on 11/**/with the mutual understanding that Azure Group NY was a Management Company that had direct agreements with building property owners to represent and market units of those propertiesBased on this understanding, Nestio represented themselves to Azure
Group NY as a business solution that would act both as a inventory management tool and a distribution platform to advertise these listings on third party sitesAzure Group NY was especially excited to advertise their listings to The Zillow Group (Streeteasy, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads)Nestio contacted Streeteasy directly to initiate the feed set up with Zillow Group during which time Azure Group NY was cc'ed on all email correspondenceDuring the set up process, Streeteasy requested the following information from Azure Group NY as is customary with all of our clients: -Full name, phone number and email of a company representative at the management company-Proof of good standing for the management company (i.eCertificate Under Seal)-Proof of company representative’s relation to or employment by the management company-Proof of ownership of the buildings in your portfolio OR agreements from the owners to represent those buildings-Proof that your management company is an established legal entity with the New York Department of State-A link to management company’s website-Acknowledgment of StreetEasy’s Listing Quality Policy and Terms of Use Based on the information that was provided by Azure Group NY, it was discovered that Azure Group NY had misrepresented itself to Nestio as a Management Company with direct agreements with building owners during our sales and onboarding processThis is important because the Zillow Group only allows advertisements from parties that represent the building owner directlySince Azure Group misled us in the sales process, we now finally learned that we could no longer help them advertise their listings on StreeteasyStreeteasy emailed Azure Group NY the following informing them of this: "*** ***

*** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Azure Group NY's initial billing date was 11/**/They requested to cancel their service on 11/**/The cancellation clause in the contract between Nestio and Azure Group NY states that the client can cancel within the first days with at least days noticeThat being said, it was in Nestio's right to bill Azure Group NY for their second month of service, with a subscription end date of 1/**/However, after initially billing Azure Group for their second month of service, we refunded the charge as a gesture of goodwillThus, they only paid us a single month's subscription which is in line with the contract below and also compensates us for the considerable time and effort we undertook prior to learning that Azure Group misrepresented itselfContract Cancellation Clause states: "Client can cancel within the first days from the subscription start date by notifying Nestio in writing at least days in advance" It is clearly shown from the information above that the services Nestio initially presented to Azure Group NY were based on the sole understanding that Azure Group NY was a Management Company that had agreements directly with building ownersAzure Group's misrepresentation of their company type resulted in Nestio being unable to provide them with the initial services offeredWhen we discovered this, we told them we were not a good fit and retained a single month's fee which itself did not even recoup the expense associated with selling and onboarding Azure Group NY

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[The explanation is totally not true:--We never misrepresent nestio and from the first contact was clear that have contacts with Equity residential, which is a management compony as well. The problem is Nestio didn't know that rules and realized that only after Street Easy respond. --If you would provide that information at the beginning I would never started the contruct. Would like to keep that review to prevent another compony from the fouls promises.
