identified as line buildup. The cookie dough can build up on the knife of the machinery and become dark in color. This discolored dough will sometimes come loose from the knife and fall onto the belt and then end up on the bottom of a cookie. That is why we only see the line build up on the bottom of the cookies. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Hello the reason I am not happy with the out come is because of the color of the "item" in my daughter's cookie.   The "line build" was green and it was ezplained that "overcooking" of that dough caused the discoloration.   In my experience if you over cook/bake anything it turns to a darker color not a different color my concern is that it was moldy dough in my daughter's cookie it does not make any senae that over cooked dough turns green and not a darker color such as darker Brown or black depending on the level of over cooking I have never had my over cooked cookies turn green from being in the oven too long.   I am not satisfied that there is not aomerhing other than dough in that cookie and I do not feel that four coupons is a good make up for scaring the daylights out of me and putting me in a position to give my daughter her first cookie with who knows what in it .   It says on the packaging Babys First Cookie and I think it's not just about quality it's about the fact that millions of moms across  jave depended on your products to teach their babies to eat properly.  The various stages of finger foods you provide have been a success with all of my other kids and I am just extremely disappointed that a company taking  the  responsibility feeding the little humans should be taken into consideration in front of quality although quality is absolutely important.  I am only stating that this is not toilet paper this is baby food .   Thank you email is the best way to communicate with me I drive for a living and I'm not always able to answer my phone or return calls thank you
