I order five gallon bottles of Poland Springs water every monthOnly one {1} bottle is deliveredI am billed by auto payment from my bank account $I then have to try and correct this every monthTheir customer service number is automatedTheir website is vague
I am cancelling the service and would like a refund for the six bottles I don't get , but get charged for

For months now I have been dealing with my delivery being cancelled or rescheduled without any notificationI contacted the company and its seems to be the same excuse without resolutionThe last straw was when I accessed our company account and it stated we have a deliver for 06-12-I confirmed the delivery thinking that would ensure I receive my delivery on that dayThe day of the delivery I logged into the account and they changed the delivery date to 06-13-When I called customer service to complain they seem not to care one bit and gave the same excuseI told the rep to cancel my account because I cannot deal with this anymoreShe had no problem cancelling the account, her lack of care showed why there is bad history with this companyOn 06/13/I received a call from Andrea the supervisor and again she was of no help and not willing to rectify the situation to keep us as a customerI told her if she is not willing to comp my originally bottles from the resch

Back in January I disconnected my service with this company due to financial hardship I keep getting charged a late fee every month that my balance remains unpaidI think that's unfair for a company to charge someone a late fee once service has been disconnectedI called the company to express my opinion and to see if something could be done and was told no by a customer service agentShe offered for me to speak with a supervisor who told me the same thing

After Deer Park was acquired by Nestle, the delivery service has deteriorated and now ceased completely After missing a promised delivery date, I get a string of new delivery dates, that continue to be missed I finally managed to get a call through to them, and cancelled my service They still have not shown up to pick up the empties or water dispenser, and keep sending notices of when they will do that, but again never show upI asked the representative what the problem was She said she did not know I have been a loyal customer for several years and if they would just be honest and tell me what is going on, and give an honest answer to when I will get a delivery, then I might have been understanding At this point, it appears that they prefer to lie and be dishonest about the situation What is it? Have all their drivers gone on strike? Or have they fired all their drivers? Is there a problem with the water supply? Has it failed to pass health safety standards? How about some truth?

Nestle water company they are the worst in delivering the driver left me gallons of water blocking my door entrance and the have refused to to pick up the emty bottles they had me waiting for days they lie they are the worst

I purchased a *** *** *** *** Dispenser on August 16, and from August through September the dispenser began to run loudly at which time I called ReadyRefresh to come and service the machine with a cleaning My monthly water order is for two adult individuals which by no means would have caused the dispenser to break The technician came to clean the machine on October 8, after ReadyRefresh called to cancel the original appointment on October 5, The technician deemed the bottom load dispenser broken and unusable after the machine would not turn on I called the company on October to explain that the technician said the dispenser needed to be replaced and was told by a representative (Jean) that the warranty expired on 8/3/ I asked if it was for a water machine to last only a year and she said no Jean transferred me over to supervisor Fletcher who said he was sorry but he could not replace the water dispenser but agreed with me

I have Ready Refresh scheduled to make deliveries to my parents once per month at *** *** **
Ready Fresh was supposed to deliver the water on April 5, Then I get a notice they can't deliver April 5th so they are going to come on April 6, Then I get a notice they can not come on April 6th they are going to come on April 9th This is the second time that they have played this "game" in a very short amount of time When I try to contact customer service the message says they cannot take calls at this time They NEVER seem able to take calls They bill for the services but they do not provide the product in a timely manner
My parents are years old and live in * *** *** without a lot of storage so we do not "stock" bottles we expect delivery when it is scheduled

I have enrolled for weekly water delivery service for this business enterpriseI received water on 5th April and supposed to get water on 12th April which I did not for some system problem according to a customer service representative whom I spoke to on 12th April since I didn’t get the deliveryAfter talking to the customer service representative I was promised to get the water delivery on the next day which is 13th April (friday)Now again I did not receive the delivery, upon calling the customer service the representative said she doesn't know why the delivery did not happen and can't help me till Monday - 16th aprilUpon speaking to the manager she said the same thing and mentioned that water delivery is a luxury product and sometimes they delays upto monthsI asked her to help me out as I have a medical condition(***) where I can not go out and get water by myself and for me water is a necessityI mentioned that this is a mistake from their end by not deli

I have been a customer with this company for about 6+ monthsMy first few deliveries were on timeAfter maybe the third delivery, EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY since has been delayed with no explanation and ABSOLUTELY NO resolution from customer serviceNO WAY of speaking to a manager or supervisor and NOT ONE person willing to help do anything but tell me more of the sameEvery morning I receive a text message that states 'We are unable to deliver you Readyrefresh order as scheduled and have rescheduled it for XX/XX/XXXX'EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS I have been receiving this same exact message and still NO DELIVERY! I have reached out through email and through the provided customer service lineGuess what? The response through email and over the phone with a customer service rep only REPEATS the exact same thing the text message saysTOMORROW, TOMORROW, TOMORROW! I have honestly never been this outraged by how a company handles an issue I've raised, but this is HORRIBLE

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my mother who's a senior citizenThis company keeps on postponing water deliveries to our home in the *** *** *** *** in *** ***My mom is seventy and this is unacceptable stressThe delivery service keeps on re-scheduling and fails to notify us when their comingSo we have an accumulation of bottles waiting for pick upI've spoken to the customer service department and spoke to a lady two weeks agoShe claimed she put down a bottle pick up request in and that was over two weeks agoThe driver has texted my mom on more than one occasion saying they can't come
Secondly, the water company does not deliver the bottles when they claim they willNor, does the driver wheel in the water bottles when they did in the beginningYou see this is a problemMy mom is aging and going to retire soonIt's only okay now because I'm home from graduate school but moving out in OctoberSo I won't be able to lift the heavy

As I explained on the phone to the customer rep:
I agreeded in January when I set up the account to direct withdrawal to avoid late fees - for some unknown reason they stopped taking the payments and are charging late fees....the first few months, the direct withdrawal payments were processed
I agreeded that there was no service fee but they added on $rental fee per month three months into the contract AND I was never made aware of this charge!!
I have a string of texts from the company canceling delivery, setting up delivery, canceling it again, on and on many times......very unprofessional, inconsistent, unreliable and
they have the audacity to have charged me for deliveries NOT MADE!!
I tried to email the company and surprise NO EMAIL!!!! What professional company has no email communication???? The kind that does not want to document their poor customer service!
So I called the company and was on hold minutes and it resulted in NO SATISFACT

We subscribed to Nestle water Delivery ServiceThey have not delivered our water according to the date on our contract everWe were promised water delivery on a certain date and they've continuously failed to abide by their contractThis last incident- we NEVER did get our delivery and yet they keep charging our credit cardThey said they would remove the charges and they failed to do soI've contacted customer service times about this issue

Service is horrible and getting worse For several months in a row they missed my original delivery date, and this time the "makeup date" I was given as well Call lines are so busy a recording tells me to call back laterLooking for alternatives - our office it tired of not having water
