The changed their brand to Ready Fresh to promote better service. WRONG!!! I got an email on Monday to remind me that my delivery was Tuesday. I put my empties out on Tuesday, no delivery. Maybe they will come Wednesday, no delivery. I called to find out what happened with my delivery. They said my delivery was Friday. WHAT? Yes you should have a new delivery calendar in the mail with the next invoice. So I will get a new schedule after my delivery? WOW, that makes a lot of sense. Ok, I put my empties out on Friday, no delivery. I come home Saturday evening and guess what was at my door? My delivery. I ordered 1 bottle but received 2 and I'm stuck with my empties because I didn't know they were coming. HORRIBLE SERVICE
This has happened over my last 3 deliveries.
