There was a dent they did in one of the coil windows they covered it with another piece of coil instead of fixing it now it is popping out and looks like st cuz it's doubled over and it' not on straightThe other windows have gaps in it from not being cut or put on correctly the last few days it rained water has been getting in which is now causing moldI also paid for new siding when the porch was painted there paint on brand new siding that won't come off and the the top piece of siding by roof is now coming off from not being on correctly the coil on windows are of them that are popping out and have big gaps where water is getting in

Nestor called to respond:  We  did everything we were supposed to on the house, the painting wasn't in the contract, I should have added it, it was verbal and the same cost as coil. We did paint the storm window trim (12) as we could not coil them.  I did refund her $55 for her paint,...

cash, dropped it at the house when we went to fix the window. I told her I would be there on Wednesday or Thursday. she called and I told her where the money was. We did not do the back of the house, as another contractor did it. We did not corner cap the siding because it was already done in J channel in back from previous contractor (on corners). The front was done in corner posts by us.  She was informed of this when we did the estimate. It would have cost her more money. Our contract does not indicate we would do the back corners as were done by previous contractors. I am not refunding any more money.

I hired Nestor Torres Contracting, LLC twice in the past few years. The first was a relatively small job of sheet rocking and painting in my last home and the second was in March 2016 to replace the vinyl siding on my current two story colonial home. His crews did outstanding work on both jobs with a real attention to detail. After getting several estimates on the siding his prices were very competitive and the materials that were used were top quality. When additional work was found to be needed after removing the old siding, he did not overcharge for it like some contractors would. Nestor and his crew showed up when he said they would and they moved the job along quickly without sacrificing quality. They were all courteous and professional. I strongly recommend Nestor Torres Contracting, LLC and will hire them again when needed.
