This is the worst cell provider I have ever had they sell junk phones plus shut off your service when you add minutes plus changes peoples numbers more than times is also ridiculous I want a refund from this I see why there being sued
I had *** service before switching to NetI hated *** couldn't wait to get away from themHOWEVER! Netis 50,times worse than *** Their customer service reps are mostly all liars and the policies at stupidI was told by a Radio Shack rep BEFORE I bought the service that texting Canada was cents per text, in or out, she thoughtExpensive! So I caIled Netcustomer service and they told me that it was free, because I would have unlimited texting, so all texting would be freeI was so excited! I asked if she was sure and she told me that she had just asked her manager and she was positiveYay! WRONG! AFTER I bought the service they told me that was wrong, not only do they not support international texting but that if I did even try to text Canada, they would shut off my phoneEVER if I bought the international planNot international texting for any reasonWell, fineI bought Netservice on the *2*nd of MayThe *2nd*! It is now the 28th of May and I STILL do not have service with these peopleI tried to port my number and they were trying to port the wrong number for over a week before telling me they couldn't do it because the number wasn't activeIt wasSo I called and finally got it straightened out and they finally ported my numberHoweverThat fried both my Netand my *** sim cardsAnd the rep failed to send me out anotherSo I called backAngryThey send me out one, overnighted it and I got it in days (I live in Hawaii)When I finally got the new sim cardIt was the wrong sim cardSo I called back again and one of their agents transferred me to someone I asked them not to transfer me to, the supervisor I spoke to snapped at me, none of them knew how to provide customer service to save their lives, and that supervisor told me there was no way to put in a complaint on herHmmSuch great customer serviceSo I called back later that day, spoke to a girl who swore she could help meShe ended up transferring meTo the wrong departmentWhen I finally got to the right supervisor, she promised to send me out a new sim card withing 3-business days and basically did tell me that I couldn't put in a complaint on the other supervisor, but to rest assured because even though the company can't handle a smooth number port and sim card exchange, they definitely do review every call and if the supervisor was deem to have acted inappropriately, she would be dealt withRightOh btw, it's been business daysNo sim cardWorst company I have EVERY dealt with!

WAS ON HOLD FOR MINUTES AND I CALLED BACK THREE TIMES TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AFTER EXPLAINING TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED THE SUPERVISOR TURNED AROUND AND SAID TO ME THAT I MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD WHY I WAS PLACED ON HOLD I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YEARS AND I AM TIRED OF IT
Kept receiving defective replacement cell phonesHorrible phone replacement policies
I purchased a cell phone from Net10's website earlier this yearThis phone was used as our business line / credit card processingEverything went fine until about 5-weeks agoThe phone overheated and diedLuckily I purchased a replacement phone from the local Rite Aid and ported my number to the new NetphoneI sent in my old phone and Netlost my phoneWhile I was using the backup phone that I ported too I found out that the 3G data on the phone does not work because it is defectiveAnyway, weeks later I called to ask where my replacement phone was and chat support sessions later (first one disconnected, second gave me the wrong information and the third finally got it right)The rep said that they were sending me out my replacement and I would be receiving it in 3-daysI received a box days later with a airbill not a phone to send in my dead phoneHowever they already had my phone that I sent in weeks earlierI finally called Netto complainThe first rep told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I had to contact Fedex because I did not have the tracking number from the original airbill that I send in 5-weeks ago (shouldn't Netkeep that on file)The second rep finally found out what happened and after two hours on the phone they finally said they were sending me a replacementToday (12/6/2014) I received my shiny refurbished Samsung Galaxy replacement phoneHowever this phone is also defectiveThe (not the 3g) does not work on the phoneI called support and now I need to send this phone back also for another replacementI asked them to transfer my number back to the backup replacement phone that I purchased from Rite Aid and they informed me that I would have to wait for a new sim card because they deactivated the one in my phoneI finally told them to cancel my replacement phone and replacement sim card and leave my number on the defective Samsung Galaxy phone that I received today
I run a computer repair business and my business cannot function without a phone for 1-business daysI don't think Netis going to pay me for my lost income
Netshould have seen this was the third defective phone that I have received and should have just overnight me another phone instead of demanding that I send this phone back to them first before I get my fourth replacement phoneI have tried to be patient with them but I refuse to have my business damaged by a cell phone provider

I RECIEVED A CELL PHONE IN THE MAIL AND IT DOES NOT WORK I TRYED TO CALL AND COMPUTER ANSWERS AND HANGS UP ON ME VOICE MAIL DOES NOT WORK SPEAKS A FORIGN LANGAGE CANT GET ENGLISH TO WORK SCREEN GOES BLACK WHEN ASKED TO PUT NUMBER IN CAN NOT SEE WHAT NUMBER TO PUT IN! I AM NOT BOTHERING TO RENEW I WILL FIND A BETTER CELL PHONE COMPANY I bought another phone and I bought wrong airtime card now I am stuck with phones that don't work!
I called to report unauthorized charges on my card. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH NET10. I was told that the account in question will be closed once my bank disputes the charges. I requested that they not the account as using unauthorized method of payments and was to that they cannot. My concern is that it may be someone in my building and was told that it is between me and my bank.
