I NEVER RECEIVED THE COTTON KAFTAN. ONLY THE PAIR OF SHOES.

I CALLED THE CUSTOMER Cr AND SPOKE WITH JUSTINA WHO SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL [redacted] BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR PROBLEM. [redacted] CALLED ME AND QUESTIONED ME ABOUT THE BOX- THEY WANTED TO KNOW IF IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD OPENED IT BEFORE. THE [redacted] BOX LOOKED PERFECT TO ME WHEN I GOT IT- THE LOAFERS INSIDE WERE PERFECTLY PACKAGED WITH WHITE PAPER AROUND ITS BOX AND THE [redacted] BOX WASN'T TOO BIG TO FIT A BOX OF SHOE AND A DRESS; IF THAT DRESS WAS SHIPPED NET A PORTER STYLE WITH A HANG AND COVER.

ANYWAY, I PAYED FOR A DRESS I NEVER GOT AND I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THAT HAPPENS TO ME AND I FIND THE WAY NET A PORTER DEALS WITH IT IS WRONG.I NEVER EVEN GOT AN EMAIL WITH MY COMPLAINT.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE $595.00 BACK, OR THE DRESS I PURCHASED OR STORE CREDIT OF THE SAME AMOUNT.

Review: On 1/**/2015 I purchased 2 items from Net A Porter's website. The first one is the "Orlebar Brown: Almada swimsuit" (440661-011) and the second one is the "Heidi Klein: Puerto Rico pin tucked cotton-muslin tunic" (445454-024). For both products the description under "Size & Fit" notes both products mentioned above as "Fits true to size, take your normal size". Additionally, the "Size & Fit" description described that the model is 5'10" and is wearing a size 1 for the "Heidi Klein: Puerto Rico pin tucked cotton-muslin tunic" (445454-024). For the 2nd product, the "Size & Fit" description described that the model wearing "Orlebar Brown: Almada swimsuit" (440661-011) is 5'10", bra size is 32C and is wearing a UK size 10. My normal size is Small or US size 2-4, which is equivalent to a UK size 8 (I am 5'3 and my bra size is 32B). Unfortunately, after receiving the products today and trying the clothing pieces on, those 2 items ran significantly smaller in sizes. While I do realize that both items were at Final Sale when I bought them, it is very misleading to a consumer shopping for clothing online when a statement describing product sizes as "Fits true to size" when in actuality both of the above mentioned products should have been labeled as "Fits Small to size". The "Size and Fit" product descriptions was misleading and interfered with my judgement when making purchase decisions. Furthermore, after receiving the products on 1/**/15, I called on the same day to Net A Porter explaining the situation and explained that the products both have the original tags and have only been tried on. The customer representative for Net A Porter handled the situation with extremely poor taste. The representative did not offer any sympathy or empathy towards the limitations consumers have while shopping for clothing online (in a Brick-and-Mortar store I could have tried the products on and make sound decisions vs. in an online situation I have to rely heavily on the "Size and Fit" descriptions). Immediately the customer service representative said there's absolutely no way the company will offer any type of assistance. It's very dissapointing for me as a customer purchasing apparel with Net A Porter for the first time and to realize an ecommerce retailer selling pretty things has such a cold black heart. I have attached 2 screenshots (taken on 1/**/15) of the 2 items with their "Size and Fit" product descriptions.Desired Settlement: I am looking to return/exchange or seeking for store credit for the above products I purchased

I recently attempted to purchase a watch from this merchant. Although my credit card approved the purchase, they informed me I would need to call my credit card company for an "access code" in order for their company to approve the purchase. When I attempted to do so, I was informed by my credit card company that the merchant is suppose to call; not the customer. What transpired next was the worst customer experience I ever experienced by Net-a-Porter. I spent nearly and hour attempting to make the purchase and get them to call my card provider to get the access code (they refused to call themselves). In the end I was strongly advised to cancel my order which I did. I will never do business with them again and advise others not to as well.

Review: I'm a regular customer of net-a-porter and provide them with a lot of business. On the 11/** I received an email saying I could get 25% on any fall items. The discount was good until the 11/**. Then on 11/** Net-A-Porter marked their fall items down. However when they did this, their site crashed and you access the sale item. This went for a couple of days until they removed the sale section completely and decided to relaunch the sale on 12/*. Because of these technical issues, I received another email saying the 25% off discount would be extended through 12/*. The discount provides no code, saying the 25% off will be applied at checkout. Today when I went to make a purchase online on a sale item the and discount was not applied at checkout. So I called customer service and spoke to a [redacted], [redacted], and gave her my account information, including my email address, and she couldn't find any record of me ever ordering from their site. I've placed 34 orders with this company over three years and even sent her a picture of my order history, with the order numbers and the dates of order. About the discount, she had no idea what I was referring to so I had to forward the email to her I received offering the discount. Then she said that the discount only applies to their international site. The discount did not specify that it was only good on the international site. Whether that was the intention of company and they somehow failed to apply that to the promotional offer, the customer should not be excluded from the discount. And then she said it wasn't good for fall items, which are on sale now. Again the coupon did not say it wasn't good for sale items, however it did say that it wasn't applicable for new season/spring items. The [redacted], [redacted], agreed with that part, saying the coupon is not good for sale items, which are fall stuff, and new season/spring items, basically eliminating all items from the deal. She is misrepresenting what the coupon actually said on it, what she stated the coupon was for had no reflection on what the coupon actually stated. Even when I sent her the coupon she still denied the terms of it.Desired Settlement: 25% off applied to a sale item

I purchased a Juicy Couture Winter Coat in February 2012. The coat's zipper mechanism never worked properly - constantly sticking and catching the fabric. Finally, in December 2012 the zipper mechanism completely broke, detaching from the jacket. The $435.50 jacket which was worn only a handful of times has been rendered completely useless. I contacted the retailer seeking an exchange, repair, credit or refund to no avail. I have also contacted the manufacturer via email and telephone and have not received any response whatsoever.
