They are the worst don't do business with them they don't even deserve 1 star but had to put it so I can comment so please don't take any loans with them

I tried to get a loan and they approved me very quickly and it seemed odd the way they did things. They promised an email with my signed documents. ThRy could not simply supply any. I then called the only phone number they had and when contacted I asked one person where they were located and she said Alabama. I could not find anything with their business name from Alabama. I then called back and then asked the first person I talked to who was different from the previous and they said Costa Rica and main headquarters was in Georgia. He then said he'd put me through to my loan officer but seemed weird cause I didn't give him any information not even my name. I was then hung up on and was unable to reach them again for the rest of the day. I cancelled my loan but hope They don't use my bank info and they now steal from me! I don't know what else to do!!!!
I want to make sure they can't use my provided information against me in the future. If they do I hope they get caught!!

We are sorry that you feel that way, but we are a legit company with more than 3 year of working on the industry, with more than 2 thousand happy customers. During the verification process we sent you instructions of how to login to our website, where the loan contract and terms and conditions are, you can just review it, it is very easy to tell that we are licensed and legit.
Regarding your information, don't worry, we wont be using it for anything else since you canceled the application. Be aware that reporting to the Revdex.com that we are a scam is a false claim.

I called them three different times. They couldn't provide an address with in the United States. I told I could only find one in Nevada and they said that's not correct they are located in Alabama. I then asked her the address and she put me on hold for an hr then it finally disconnected. I called back and spoke to someone else and they said they were located in Atlanta Georgia. So I then proceeded to ask the address and he immediately said let me get you to your loan officer. How would they know who my officer was without giving them any kind of information. I was then hung up on again and when I tried calling back I couldn't anyone to answer my call! Sounds very legit to me. I don't want anyone to go through what I did in the future so I'd like to report them unless they can get me a phone number and address from the Georgia and Alabama location that they had told me on the phone. If they do not have an address or location at either places then why was told that information?

We are sorry about the confusion, the customer service agent was confused because the call center is located in Costa Rica, but the HQ for the call center is located in Atlanta Georgia. We spoke with the agent and it was coached to provide the correct information next time.
