I have three issues with Net Direct Auto. 1 - Their neglect to disclose all the damage. 2- The registration. 3 - financing. 1) So, how does a seemingly legit and professional business receive a fleet of vehicles and not thoroughly inspect them. That individual must be an it or blind or a blind it. Plus, pay a detail person to detail the vehicle and they not see the damage either. They must be the same person that received the truck in the first place. I didn't notice everything until the proverbial lipstick washed off of the pig and thats when the defects began to reveal themselves i.e. orange peel paint job, fish eyes, pitting and failed PDR. 2) I provided my drivers license to Net Direct auto the day I purchased the truck and my attorney emailed a copy of my drivers license to them 5 times. 3) If in fact Net Direct Auto never had a copy of my drivers license then how in the world did the lending institution put a vehicle loan in my name on the vehicle WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE PROOF that it is in fact me buying a vehicle at Net Direct. One offer (not in writing) that Net Direct did offer is to repaint my truck. Funny thing is, my truck sustained major hail damage from somewhere. Yet, Net Direct allegedly has no knowledge of this. But, they have a state of the art paint and body shop. They replaced the hood and windshield and repainted the tailgate which wasn't disclosed to me until 4 months after my purchase. Which puzzles me about how they got primer all over my truck and on the BRAND NEW set of wheels. 2 body shops in *** estimated to repaint my truck....on average about $10k. So yeah, its about the money now. All I ever asked was for justice and what happened to my truck. I don't know if its been wrecked or just hail damaged. I have been given the runaround by TJ, Clay, Greg and Parrish...mostly TJ and Clay FYI. So yeah, its about the money. I trusted these people, didn't try to haggle their price and I gave them my hard earned money for a compromised vehicle for full retail price. Go to *** to see my pics and ***. Don't ever rely on ***...use it to start a fire or something. So, no I won't be signing anything with Net Direct. They can send me a clean and clear perfected title to the address on my drivers license with any and all accompanying paperwork and at that point that will absolve the situation. I will gladly post a new and positive review and give them credit for doing the right thing.

MY EXPERIENCE, in my opinion only...BUYER BEWARE!!! In Jan 2019 I bought a truck from Net Direct Auto and I purchased it on line and out of state from CO. I flew in to pick up my vehicle and was greeted by Net Direct Auto at the airport with a courtesy shuttle, very classy.
I inspected the truck inside and out and yes, I drive the truck too. The truck was detailed to the 9's and everything seemed to be in working order and appeared to be fine. It was a 2017 model, 19,000 miles +/- a few miles and a one owner. Plus, a seemingly clean and clear *** with no hail damage guaranteed.
A few months later that very same *** proved to be false and the paintless dent repair process that "someone" performed and didnt report began to grossly fail and hail dents galore started to reveal themselves along with one of the worst paint jobs ever. Which, now explains why Net Direct Auto spent $250.00 on a detail job on this vehicle. The expensive detail job was lipstick on a pig y'all, it covered up so much defective paint and bodywork...unbelievable. During the repair process on my vehicle, "somehow-someone" got primer overspray all over the brand-new wheels and tires plus the top edge of all 4 windows and the side view mirror-glass and you can see where they taped off inside of the door openings on each side.
I took my truck to 2 body shops in CO for an inspection and estimate to correct this ridiculous paint job. These guys pointed out that the hood had been replaced, they mic'ed the paint and it was a lot thicker in some places pretty much indicating at least an after market paint job was done on the truck. Also, 4 months later Net Direct reveals to me in an email a list of items of work they did on the vehicle that wasn't disclosed on the ***..about $1,000.00 of repairs other than an oil change and a $250.00 detail job.
Again, yes I did look at the vehicle inside and out. However, I have no reason to suspect any major body damage based on the information provided to me... clean and clear *** low miles and a one owner with a brand-new lift kit and brand-new wheels and tires. What else does someone need buying a vehicle...I mean I have got to trust these guys to some degree.
So, now the can of worms is open. 4 months later I am still waiting on my plates to no avail. Yeah, somehow 4 months later Net Direct Auto realizes they need ANOTHER copy of my drivers license and insurance card...again!! With that being said, somehow the lender was able to create a loan in my name, on said vehicle apparently WITHOUT ANY positive proof of who I am, albeit my drivers license since Net Direct Auto claims they don't have a copy of it....how did that happen??!!??
January 2020, magically my truck is paid of! Boom, Hell yeah right??!!?? But wait, how did that happen? Because, Net Direct wouldn't produce a perfected title the lender, the lender forced Net Direct Auto to pay off my vehicle loan and so they did. To the tune of $35,000.00 and some change...instead of producing a title, hmmm!! Seems to me that producing a perfected title is a whole lot cheaper.So, Net Direct has the title to my truck and I have the truck but the truck is paid for.
I didn't haggle with Net Direct over the pricing of their vehicle. I paid what they asked. Based on my due diligence and the reputation Net Direct seems to have I felt like I was making a great purchase. It took me practically 2 months of researching trucks from border to border and coast to coast and I decided to give my business and hard earned money to Net Direct and it ended up being THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER for me. Still to this day almost 2 years later and I still can't get my truck registered.
Oh, and lawyers and TXDOT and all those suites and ties don't/ wont help....cost me $3,000.00 to find that out too.
So, if you decide to buy a vehicle from Net Direct Auto then I HIGHLY advise you to do your homework, take a mechanic and a paint and body guy with you to inspect the vehicle and do not...do not believe any *** or a similar reporting agency's vehicle history report.
Of course, I negotiated with Net Direct only for them to insult my intelligence with *** offers, never formal by the way. So yeah, I have a registration issue and a body damage issue with Net Direct and a financing issue with the lender, a truck thats paid for with no title and I am out about $12k with payments, maintenance and insurance etc. plus $3k to an attorney for pretty much nothing....THATS MY EXPERIENCE WITH NET DIRECT AUTO!!

The owner of Net Direct Auto Sales has personally been dealing with this issue. He states, “In all my years of business, I have never once encountered a situation like this.” In January 2019, he came in town from Colorado, picked out a truck, inspected it carefully, and finalized the purchase. Within days after driving back to Colorado, he demanded an exorbitant amount of money to cover “damages” on our truck. As we tried to understand the situation, Mr. J stated multiple times he did not want to return the truck and said he would rather just be financially compensated while keeping it. After offering multiple options to make Mr. J happy he decided he didn’t like any of them and just wanted the money. When we couldn’t meet his demands, he became completely non-responsive and we couldn’t reach him again. We have tried to contact him in various ways, and have received no response until this post. Mr. J is also refusing to provide one simple piece of documentation that would allow the vehicle to be registered. Registering the vehicle is a very simple process, but our hands are tied due to his actions. One phone call from Mr. J would resolve all of this quickly. We are more than willing to continue to help and do our part.

Found another vehicle and they would not refund my deposit

I have had my truck for a little over a month and could not be happier with it. The truck was delivered right to my driveway looking just like it did in its photos and in emmaculate condition. Due to the social distancing concerns of the past few months and because we live several hundred miles away, we decided to purchase the truck on line and over the phone (kinda scary at first). Clay, Joe, Jacob and Katherine made the process easy and straight forward. Even the delivery company was excellent. There was no pressure and they didn't get annoyed with all of my calls and questions (I think). Thanks ya'll.

Did majority of this purchase on line due to covid. This was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. The staff were extremely friendly and never made me feel pressured to make any decision I didn’t want to make. I highly recommend Net Direct Auto and will be doing business again!

Not going to lie, was a little skeptical buying online. But that quickly changed, they were great to deal with every aspect and were prompt to answer questions. I will be Recommending Net Direct to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Loved the truck the second it hit my driveway!

I had been trying to make a deal work with this company and I was going to finance through my personal bank, however Net Direct Auto stated they can try to get me a better rate than my personal bank and when they came back and said they couldn’t make it happen, I proceeded to fill the app with my bank and my bank stated they could do better but they didn’t get me the percentage I was promised. Deal fell through and I had placed a $500 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle. And when I advised them the deal wasn’t going to proceed and I requested a refund, I got a phone call from a *** stating he is sorry to advice me but the deposit is non refundable and I basically have an In store credit with them. I continue to call *** to the phone number he gave me and I continue to get his voicemail even after he proceeded to tell me he will see what he can do for me. I have yet to hear back from him and I feel net direct auto is very unethical in how they do business. How do you keep a $500 deposit for a vehicle that you do not own? Then proceed to put the vehicle back on the market. It’s a slap in the face ultimately

We are sorry to hear your experience with Net Direct did not result in you taking home a new lifted truck. Our deposit system was put in place to allow the person intending to buy the vehicle time to solidify their transaction and complete their banking paperwork, trade appraisal or arrange for shipping if needed, all without having to spend hours waiting around a dealership. The deposit also takes the vehicle off the market so that no one else can purchase it during that time, and a deposit cannot be submitted without the customer checking a box acknowledging it is non-refundable. On the flip side for us, if we were to allow deposits to be refundable the majority of our inventory would be tied up and it would prohibit us from being able to do business. Our goal is to be as fair as possible to our customers to ensure they can reserve their vehicle of choice, and as you can see from the vast majority of our reviews, we rarely have any issues with this policy. First Vehicle Internet Purchase - Great Experience, Great Customer Service, Awesome Truck.

I purchased my F-150 Lariat truck a month ago, and I have already driven over 6,000 miles. I wanted to wait until I put some miles on this truck before writing this review, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied. Net Direct Auto was very fair with my trade in value, and in regards to my purchase they were very accomodating, transparent, and patient. This truck is so much fun to drive, and I feel that I own the road. Did I mention how awesome the truck is? Net Direct Auto installed a top quality lift with top quality workmanship. I was not prepared for the amount of attention I receive driving my vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing from Net Direct Auto- they also have incredible financing options. Jo and Jacob made this a very positive experience- I drove from out of town to the dealership, signed the paperwork, and traded in my vehicle (less than an hour). They made the whole experience very simple. Thank you.

Just bought a fabulous Longhorn Laramie from Net direct. If you are in the market for one ask for Mac and Jacob they are very professional and make the process so smooth all I had to do when I traded in my vehicle was give them the title and they handed me over the keys I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Not much success finding what I wanted local/regional, I found myself continuing to view Net Direct's Website. It was only a matter of time before I initiated a few vehicle queries and e-mail exchanges. Samantha F was my primary. My wife and I were able to purchase our first lifted truck this past weekend and we were so happy with the service. Just bought a truck from Net Direct over the weekend and I am thrilled with my experience. Mac was the salesman that helped me out the entire time and pulled the exact truck that I was looking for. He was professional the whole time and never once made me feel pressured about buying the truck. After I had left the lot, I began recognizing an issue with the 4WD, so I came back the next day and they immediately took care of it free of charge. I would most definitely return in the future for another truck purchase simply because of the way I was treated the entirety of my time spent there.Thanks Mac and the rest of the team for making this a great experience.

Had been needing a truck for awhile and knew I wanted a lifted truck, found this place and was impressed by what I saw. I live down by Galveston and was trying to figure out how I was going to do this as far as getting there and getting back, well I decided I would fly there and drive the truck back, they picked me up from the airport, had the truck ready in minutes, it was in great shape, and we wrapped the deal in record time, overall great experience, great folks and I love the truck!

I might be one of the few people here who has bought a truck from this company and did so from across the Pacific! I live in Hawaii and searched for a very long time for a good deal on a new truck as my family kept growing I needed something bigger.
