On Feb 2nd,I purchased a Net gear HD Security Camera 100% wireless/ Indoor/Outdoor for my Home Care businessPer the information on the box this system is weatherproof operating temperature degree to Fahrenheit (-Celsius to Celsius) and waterproof We connected one of the cameras' in the outer hall coming into the business with the temperature being monitored daily at degree CelsiusThe camera do not function under this temperature.This system has failed to function according to the company advertisement and do not stay connected to the internetSince purchasing this device I have troubleshoot the device several times including having Time Warner Cable add a booster to my current router to ensure proper connectivityTwo weeks after purchasing the system the batteries are tired according to the report sent to my computer, not sure how that could be since the system failed to stay connected to the internet
On March 8th 2017, I called Netgear customer service

We received a Net Gear box through Sprint; the box does not work is under warranty and Net Gear refuses to replace it
Net Gear supplied a box that has never worked properly, is under warranty and they refuse to replace itNet Gear has left me on hold for hours and thrown as many obstructions up as you can imagineThey are a horrible company to deal withI have been trying to resolve this matter for weeks
