In the process of towing this vehicle and processing the paperwork it was discovered that there was a D.O.Jhold that put the notices in dispute and we were not able to process this transaction in the standard way by utilizing our usual processes This caused a disruption to our customer notification system and to the lien sale process As this was no fault of the customer and it created undue burden and delay on the customers part we are refunding the customer the full amount of the transaction We hope that this demonstrates our commitment to our customers satisfaction with their experience with our company and consider this issue resolved
