Business considers all work finished and completed. He has had a discussion about this matter with customer. Business does not give away any more work for free.Business will contact customer to stop contacting him, and if negative comments continue, business will speak to his attorney.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Business stills owes me $500 worth of work (agreed to cut down 3 pine trees, grind out the stumps, and fix one of the patio steps) and I am not asking for free work. I'm asking that the issues that have occurred because of the patio being built be repaired or to give part of payment back so another business can correct the issues. The Business has sent text messages that are very unprofessional with threats of litigation and insults. So at this point I would just like someone else to fix the job but I would like the Business to be responsible for it.
