Last Summer I purchased a wrought-iron patio set from [redacted] and when it finally arrived, one of the chairs had a bent leg. The boxes were torn and smashed, so I wasn't surprised to find a bent leg. After numerous emails and phone calls, they sent me another chair, which I am happy with.

This February, I purchased a 6' Bakers Rack that matched my patio set (made by a different company) and when it arrived, it too had a bent leg. This time though, the shipping box was in good order.

I cannot abide with the inconvenience of negotiating a replacement again, so I am going to live with the bent leg. Perhaps I will be able to let it go at some future time.

It is my opinion that this company do a better job at packing their products for transport across the country, or possibly employ a more reliable freight company.
