Net spend

I put 150 dollars on a NetSpend account for prepaid card went to activate the card they told me that I was ineligible for a NetSpend account due to fraud so they held onto my money for 3 days until Walmart finally released it to me I was canceled for my car insurance due to NetSpend they asked me to send in documents to prove who I was when I sent them in documents they said it wasn't enough documentation that I sent to prove my identity now they have my ID and my social security number I do not trust these people these people are a scam
