We received the following letter from Mr*** who was the GM of the Americas Best Value Inn. The hotel has been changed ownershipearkly of January, Our new management took over this matter the case has a background that that previous management and has deal with Ms*** since she
called numerous times as she claims in her letter. ***, a previous employee was the first one who speak with hter on January 2nd evening (Ms*** should have her phone record for the date she called, Ms*** asked for a refund, *** told her that hotel has a hours cancellation policy during the holiday of new yearMs *** wanted to speak to a manager, *** told her manager was not on duty that evening, she start to yell on the phone, the hotel had a full house that night and guests waiting *** to check them in*** kept her on hold time in an hour, finally Ms*** hung upThe next day in the morning, Ms*** spoke with another previous employee Dan, who was surprised when Mr*** shown this letter, how Ms*** made a such story" there is something weird going on this hotel?" he further express that he is an honorable employee who has worked in this hotel for many years, he will never insult the hotel by saying that there has many complaints regarding people trying to get refunded..Hotel does not have an employee by the name of ***, which she claims, Young family is new management which took over the management on January 5th Tee Young spoke to Ms*** and repeat the same message that she will not receive her refund, and Ms*** Young also spoke to her that there is no refund. Ms *** has been booked two rooms and hotel was held to rooms for the New Year Eve previous already refunded one room, Ms*** did not appreciate, she kept made story to slandering the hotel reputation and city of South Lake Tahoe..We are appreciated for Revdex.com taking time to advise this matter, our goal is make our guests to satisfaction, but regarding the case of Ms*** our manage who has two rooms reservation and two rooms and two rooms with no call, no showOur legal consultant conformed our hours cancellation policy is stand. I am rejecting this response because these people are complete scams They can not even spell English correctly enough to respond to our complaint If you look on social media, I am not the only one concerned with their behavior Why South Lake Tahoe would allow such trash to ruin its reputation is unbelievable to me
