I entered into Asset Purchase Agreement on April 19,2013 between [redacted] (me) a resident of East Orange, New Jersey and Netco Sweeps, Inc a Delaware based Corporation, [redacted], president and also CEO at Sunsoft Technologies, Inc. as self stated. I was told by [redacted]who often spell his name differently. that he didn't accept Check Payment that my paymnt had to be Cash Payment. I made a Cash Payment ($899.00) through my bank (Sovereign Bank) to Wells Fargo ( his bank) at [redacted], Kennett, PA 19348,ABA [redacted] undr Beneficiary: Netco Sweeps, Inc 19C Trolley Square, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, [redacted]. After Cash Payment made, I received two (2) e-mails from his Agent Support. One (1) was a link for downloading the Casino Licensed Software (MERCHANT PROGRAM)and the 2nd one refers me to another website for setup but nothing work well there. I never able to get my MERCHANT PROGRAM ONLINE. That link I received from his Agent Support may have been a fake.I notice all of [redacted] and his Agent Support e-mails were routed from [redacted] I contact [redacted], the president from Toronto, Ontario, Canada for software and technical support. He promised me support was on my way but fail to execute up his promise. My MERCHANT PROGRAM never got Online For CASINO GAMES and now it is worthless to me. [redacted] and his company bsed in the State of Delaware USA has failed on all promises stated and signed in his MERCHANT LICENSED AGREEMENT No[redacted] and License ID[redacted] Failed to delivery service, Failed to respond to e-mails request for support, Failed to respond to certified leter of complaint, Failed to respond to Revdex.com letter of complaint (Delaware USA), and Failed to refund money requested.[redacted], the pesident of Netco Sweeps, Inc (USA)and also CEO of Sunsoft Technologies, Inc (CANADA) conducts his sales from Toronto, Onario, Canada.
