[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I continue to request a full refund and I'd like to point out that the payment schedule they referenced is incorrect 6/I paid $not $and on 9/I gave them $in cash as requested-they would not accept a check I didn't contract for restoration services instead I requested a repair which was not done I was lead to believe that the work was being done but additional work had to be completed first I was not given opportunity to pick up my car since engine and clutch were dissembledEach time I called there was a new problem that required additional moneySince I wrote the original complaint I have cleaned as much of the car as I could and found additional problems in the fiberglass caused by their sloppy workOil leak is worse but engine did not overheat to dateMy original head is in a "real machine shop" and I am waiting for them to pick up my car in early which they will have to towTreatment I received from Netcong Auto Restoration, [redacted] the "chief mechanic", [redacted] the "manager" and [redacted] "the owner" was inexcusable for any industry I am willing to give a sworn testimony for the statements I made in my previous complaint I feel they held my car hostage and continually asked for more money to fix newly found "problems" Their schedule of payments is not correct I paid them $11,and received my car in much worse condition than when it was delivered to them [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I continue to request a full refund and I'd like to point out that the payment schedule they referenced is incorrect. 6/I paid $not $and on 9/I gave them $in cash as requested-they would not accept a check. I was not given opportunity to pick up my car since engine and clutch were dissembledEach time I called there was a new problem that required additional moneySince I wrote the original complaint I have cleaned as much of the car as I could and found additional problems in the fiberglass caused by their sloppy workOil leak is worse but engine did not overheat to dateMy original head is in a "real machine shop" and I am waiting for them to pick up my car in early which they will have to towTreatment I received from Netcong Auto Restoration, *** the "chief mechanic", *** the "manager" and *** *** "the owner" was inexcusable for any industry. I am willing to give a sworn testimony for the statements I made in my previous complaint. I feel they held my car hostage and continually asked for more money to fix newly found "problems". Their schedule of payments is not correct. I paid them $11,and received my car in much worse condition than when it was delivered to them.

Since I wrote the original complaint I have cleaned as much of the car as I could and found additional problems in the fiberglass caused by their sloppy work. Oil leak is worse but engine did not overheat to date. My original head is in a "real machine shop" and I am waiting for them to pick up my car in early 2016 which they will have to tow.
