NetDebt Customer Service

Review: I am currently enrolled in this companies debt consolidation program. they are horrible at communication they say they will handle everything and tell you not to worry about any thing and to just inform them of settlement offers or other documents. I have done that with every piece of mail I have recieved from the people I owe money. I had advised them of a letter that I recieved stating I might get sued form one of my creditors. I contacted them sent them the information now i'm getting sued. they dont seem to care about their customers and only appear to be in this for the money. I do not feel that they are operating in good faith. they told me that basically I am on my own when it comes to my lawsuit which they said they could put a stop to. they are also very hard to get ahold of. you call in and the department you are trying to get ahold of is all either on lunch or in a meeting.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money I currently have sent in to them. they are a pothetic excuse of a company and hopefully someone who is in debt up to their eyeballs wont use this company
