I've been getting disks from Netflix for many years, and I love it now that Blockbuster is out of business (I'm showing my age.) I'm trying to get into the queue, but but my computer man erased my shortcuts and I don't know how to get back in. Can you help me--at least give me your phone number. .

Review: I placed an order with Net DVD on September 29th, 2014. I emailed the company and was told shipping took 14 business days when inquiring about shipment. 14 business days came and went. I emailed again asking for a tracking number and did not receive one. On October 21st, 2014 they responded saying they would resend the product and it would arrive in 10 business days. I emailed back requesting a tracking number again and received no response. On November 4th, 10 days after the second promised delivery date, I emailed the company again requesting a tracking number for the product or a full refund. Today is November 6th, 2014 and I have not seen a refund, tracking number, nor have I received any sort of response since October 21st 2014. I have given up on receiving the DVD and I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for this product.

Review: On September 4, 2014 I ordered online [redacted] complete set of six dvd's. I paid $44.95 plus tax and shipping. Today it is September 18, 2014 and I still have not received the dvd's. There is no place on the website for any contact info or customer service. I had to to on the internet and found this phone number which goes right to a machine. I have called it about ten times. I emailed them and I get the same response that it will be shipped within 14 days. If you could please look into this for me I would really appreciate it. I think this company is a scam. I am attaching the invoice from their website below.Desired Settlement: I would like the dvds, but I think this company is a fraud. Review: I bought a set of 7 DVDs from this company over the internet. When I received them, I realized these were recorded off the TV. The company says differently. I did contact them regarding the issue to return the items. They would not let me return them. They only offered a 50% return on the purchase price. These DVDs were very obviously recorded off TV, specifically the [redacted]. All the disks are unmarked. Some are grainy in quality. One actually has the [redacted] logo in the bottom right of the screen, as well as upcoming programs on the channel and a countdown to Christmas. They immediately go to play when you put them in the player and there is no menu at all to choose play or scene selection, etc. There is also no FBI warning at the beginning which is required on all videos. I contacted the local FBI office who told me to contact [redacted] Police Department. I did that and they said I had to contact the Revdex.com. As I said before, I contacted the business regarding this issue, even giving the specifics as to how I know these were recorded off the TV and this was their response. "The film may be a new domestic or legal international release but is guaranteed to play properly." The condition of the product when I received it was damaged and 2 of the disks won't even play. They still have this product listed for sale on their website.Desired Settlement: They need investigated by some form of government entity for selling pirated DVDs. This is a crime according to the FBI warning on all the other DVDs I have bought. I am filing a dispute with my bank regarding this purchase.
