I received Ms***s email Sunday the 16th, by Monday the 17th early afternoon, we had provided her answersWe retrieved the dollar amounts her refund(s) would be, and we inquired with the Warranty company for the status of processing the refundWe expect to deliver funds to her today.The
previous experience of not getting answers from our staff is unacceptable, and we appreciate the feedback and are addressing the individual and the customer service process in the store.I regret the experience we subjected Ms*** to, and we are doubling down on the necessary training and process'*** ***

Your frustration and unmet expectations is far from our objective and I am sorry for that. The request for a phone call from [redacted] or [redacted], has taken place with 4 messages we left at a number ending in 9622. The most recent took place about 1 or 2 hours ago.

dealership is difficult to accommodate, but I believe it would be best if we met in person to resolve any questions.
Regarding the Trade and it's removal from the transaction we would be happy to do so. The condition for this frequently is dictated by your lender, however if they are agreeable we will happily do so.
