I purchased Dublin Tall River boots from NetEquestrian in April for my daughters birthday, 4/27 and by June 22 they had holes inside the boot where here toe rest. Dublin has a one year warranty and says to return the boot the the place of purchase. I contacted NETEQ and they said as the boots were over 60 days they were sorry for my trouble but they would not do anything!!!!

I contacted Dublin of Ireland and they were surprised at NETEQ's response and told me they would contact NETEQ and if they were still unresponsive ship her a replacement pair from their warehouse! That is true customer service from Dublin.

Avoid NetEquestrian as though they say they want happy customers they only mean if you return a brand new product but NO defective products.
