I placed an order on 11/30/16. I was charged for this order on 11/30/16. The order was confirmed by the company on 11/30/16. The website stated that the order is shipped and received typically withing 3-5 days, if not they will contact you with an update. On 12/15/16 I sent an email and never heard back until they shipped my order on 12/20/16. The order arrived and it was not as pictured and of poor quality. Their return policy is 7 days from the date of purchase for a merchandise credit only - so I am now stuck with a [redacted] product. I will never order from here again and will be also telling my friends and family to never order from here. Such a shame.
