Review: We purchased one year of unlimited dialup Internet service from NetHere. It was paid in full, up-front. Our computers have all been unable to connect to the Internet for the past 7 days. Repeated telephone calls to the company have gone unanswered (during their stated business hours of 9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday) and repeated messages have not gotten any response from them. We paid for one year of service and still have several months remaining on this contract, but suddenly are completely unable to connect to the Internet.Desired Settlement: Repair the Internet connectivity problem, or refund our $100 prepaid annual contract amount so that we can obtain service elsewhere.
