I have used All Phase for three separate home projects and they did a great job each time One was a first floor addition, one was a second floor addition on stilts, and they just finished our basement The crews they sent out were always professional and completed everything to my satisfaction I highly recommend All Phase for any home remodeling projects

Our overall experience in dealing with All Phase Building & Garages has been horribleFirst off, they promised a start date on the project of 2-weeks and having it completed weeks after thatOver weeks later they finally showed up to begin the work Not once did they reach out to us to explain what was causing the delay and when we would be starting A big reason for us going with All Phase was how quickly they promised to begin and have the project done They were starting the project AFTER the promised finish dateSecondly, final decisions were made on the design of the garage and not even ran by us before beginning constructionThe location of the service door, type of stairs into the house (wood or concrete), even the location of the garage door itself (centered or off-center) were never ran by us prior to them starting or installingWe had to have them change the location of the garage door itself based on All Phase making assumptions on what we wantedThe other items we had to deal with since it was too late when we found out what had been decidedThirdly, there is absolutely NO communication from All Phase or their contractors on when things will happen so expect for people to show up at random times without notice to do work on the projectYou will need to constantly call All Phase to ask when things are happening, who is coming & when Although the price was slightly better than other contractors, I would NOT recommend using All Phase for any projectsWe regret not spending a little more money and working with someone that is professional in all aspects of the projectI have dealt with dozens of contractors over the past few years and none were as unprofessional as All Phase Building & Garages Even now over months later the project is still not fully completed and definitely not to our satisfaction
