Closing/canceling an account is a nightmare
When you have a problem it takes about 5 phone calls & numerous emails to get someone to believe you that there really IS a problem with the line outside and the problem is not in your house.
Then another few weeks before a technician is sent out. You're given a date & they don't arrive! More phoning & emailing...
Since this a third party seller they have to take your complaint to the people who own the lines and it drags on forever. I will never use a third party internet seller again. Unreliable help & your complaints are not taken seriously until you blow up.
( the call centre people told me on numerous occasions that the modems I was sent were old and outdated = reason for having two as first one stopped working) Company denies this.
Canceling is another drama all on its own. I asked for cancelation 11 June 2021.It has taken a month to get my final bill out of them. Finally done!
These people were very helpful and attentive when I signed up in 2019 but I guess they've grown too big to worry about the small rural areas and the response time & help has slowly declined. So glad to have moved away from that area as now I have more options for internet.
