SCAMMERS
I ordered a diet supplement from them. I tried it, and it did nothing. I tried to get a refund becasue I was within 30 days of purchase. I was "working" with Madelyn Weber, who was INCREDIBLY rude and refused the refund. So I put the product away, and thought I would try it again 2 weeks later. IT WAS MOLDY. The lid was screwed on tightly, and it was in a dark closet. I tried again for a refund, and was again very rudely denied. Not only are their products horrible, expensive, but you get treated like a 2nd class citizen when you ask for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I have been a customer for YEARS of Netnutri.com, spending hundreds, if not maybe even thousand of dollars over all the years/orders. Went on today to purchase more protein and saw a deal, buy 5pound bag of Optimum Nutrition protein powder and receive a small box of protein bars for free, Awesome I thought!
I wasn't able to add it to my card so reached out to their "customer service", after almost an hour of being on chat, most of which I was on "hold", they did not honor the advertisement. Even after asking them to honor it they declined! (chat transcript below) As a small business owner myself, I am absolutely floored by their refusal to honor something so small to a buying customer that HAD been so loyal and spoke to so many about them.
That all will change from here on out as I will never again order from or speak so highly of such a scandalous company.

Review: I ordered Cytomax orange from netnutri.com the first part of July. My credit card was charged, but they never shipped the product. I have sent an original email inquiring about this, and received a reply that the product was not in stock. I have sent 3 subsequent emails, and asked for them to reverse the charges and cancel my order, but they have not replied.Desired Settlement: I wish for netnutri to cancel my order, and refund to my credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have received the refund. I would suggest to NetNutri that they ensure they have product in stock before charging someone's CC, and they they commumicate to the customer that the product is out of stock. I will not do business with them again. Thank you Revdex.com; I don't think I would have received the refund without your help.
